(E-News) Michael Phelps may be a fish out of water—but he looked perfectly comfortable with Megan Rossee on his arm tonight in London.

The newly retired Olympian and his model girlfriend made their red-carpet debut together at—where else?—a Speedo event, where they didn’t do much press but Rossee did tell E! News that she was doing well in the face of a blitz of publicity after being revealed as Phelps’ main squeeze.
