Pawlenty Raps Obama as the ‘Tattoo President’
Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty says Barack Obama is the tattoo president.
Like a big tattoo, it seemed cool when you were young, Pawlenty told the GOP convention, but later on that decision doesn’t look so good and you wonder: what was I thinking? The worst part is, you’re going to have to explain it to your kids, he adds.
The barb was part of Pawlenty’s broader criticism of Obama’s failure to create more jobs and help the middle class. He said between things like taxes, Obamacare, the stimulus and Joe Biden, it’s hard to choose Obama’s worst mistake.
Pawlenty was passed over as Mitt Romney’s running mate, but the former Romney rival has been activecampaigning for the GOP presidential nominee.
Meanwhile according to Charlotte Magazine Democratic Delegates are partying all over the greater Charlotte area tonight, from the NASCAR Hall of Fame to the Carolina Raptor Center in Huntersville.Delegates will be welcomed by Mayor Foxx and Gov. Bev Purdue. The attendees—who have come to Charlotte from Illinois, Delaware, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, and Ohio—will also get to show their patriotism with a temporary tattoos station.
