Crackers Please! – Don’t use the term ‘illegal immigrants’ — say ‘out of status’ or ‘new Americans’

Right out of the gate, and on the very first day, Dip. John Conyers tried setting the ground rules for the immigration reform hearings by demanding that people, D-on’t say “illegal” when talking about the illegal aliens.

I hope no one uses the term “illegal immigrants” here today. Our citizens are not… the people in this country are not illegal, they are out of status, they are new Americans that are immigrants, and I think that we can forge a path to citizenship that will be able to pass muster.

    What is inexplicable here is that all of this amnesty the black folk in Congress are supporting now is going to HURT WHO WORST? That’s right! Black Americans trying to find work!! What the holy hell is going on with these black democrats up in he-ah?
