The ugly truth about Justice Roberts is that he sold out his principles

This is a prime example of why the liberals keep winning.

Conservatives fear being labeled  ideological  or ignorant, so they let the left  dictate what is appropriate for debate. Some are even willing compromise their good sense or integrity to stay in the elitist crowd.

Roberts’ decision is no different than that of Redstate’s Erick Erickson, or the Hotair blog deciding it was not in-vogue to cover Obama’s birth certificate. These decisions were made for the same reasons. The fear of being marked as stupid by the left.

Like in The Emperor’s New Clothes, liberals have bullied conservatives into believing that if you don’t see what they see you are an idiot.

Now because of these weak minded conservatives, here we sit with a President that was able to pass off a computer generated joke as a legit birth certificate, that looks like it was spliced together in MS Paint by Ned in the first reader, and Obamacare.

And only a few conservatives bloggers are shouting, “Hey  I can see your ass!”

“The fragmentation of power produced by the structure of our government is central to liberty, and when we destroy it, we place liberty in peril…Today’s decision should have vindicated, should have taught, this truth; instead our judgment today has disregarded it.” … Read Story

Thanks for the link. It is odd, in the pursuit of NOT being perceived as ruling politically, Roberts forgot two things. First, the four justices he sided with ruled on this case according to their politics. Second, by trying not to be perceived as political, Roberts also voted politically.
